I didn’t think I would like it here, but it’s actually not so bad. Once you get over the language barrier, people are very friendly. I’m not looking forward to the court date though. That Bot is just about on my last nerve. Also, my blog is being overwhelmed by comment spam right now. I guess I am popular!
Someone that went to Coachella told me MGMT refused to play “Kids” at Coachella. Look guys, I know you’ve probably played that song a lot, but you know why you have? BECAUSE IT’S YOUR MOST POPULAR SONG! Audiences pay money to hear you play your songs that they enjoy. I’m sorry, but anyone who refuses to play a song on those grounds is an idiot. I can understand if the song requires certain instruments that aren’t available at that show or something like that but here there is no excuse. Yes, yes, play some tracks from whatever album you have out, but for goodness sakes, play the hits too. That’s why the people are there.
