This past weekend, we headed out to Texas for the first annual DWEX (Dallas Webcomics Expo). It turned out to be a great event and a big success for a first time convention.

Phil and Brendan, as the Webcomics Advocates, hosted the panels in what was labeled the "Webcomics Advocates Panel-torium." Some great panelists included Scott Kurtz of PvP, Joel Watson of Hijinks Ensue, and Will Terrell of Super Zeroes, amongst many others.

At the table, we met tons of great artists and webcomics fans. We also got a chance to promote this site, the Webcomics Advocates site, and Phil's new webcomic as well.

Overall, we had a great time, and the best news is we've already been asked back for next year!
